That is a great question! It depends on several factors including your location and your specific comfort level once you have completed onboarding and training courses. For all clients on the day of launch you will have dedicated support from a member of our Client Engagement team, who will be able to remotely access your systems to step in and assist as needed.
In addition to the remote support offered, if you are in the state of WA we may be able to offer a member of the Client Engagement team to stop by for in-person support, where applicable.
|Please note, in the days leading up to launch it will not be possible to add any new products, so it is important to include all relevant information to the team a minimum of 24 hours beforehand.|
