If a receipt will not print, there are a few things to verify before proceeding. Firstly, double check that a new roll of paper is not needed. Next, you will want to double check if the printer icon, located in the top right corner of your Dauntless Retail (Korona) POS has turned red with a mark through it. If this icon appears you will need to reach out to Support.
